PhD supervision

The ICY Research Centre has a thriving international community of postgraduate researchers and welcomes applications for supervision of doctoral projects in the broad areas of interdisciplinary childhood and youth studies, inclusion and social justice (find out more).

There are various doctoral scholarships available both through the School of Education and through the University. If you are interested in engaging in doctoral research please send a copy of your CV and a 6 page proposal reviewing the international literature, stating your\ questions and making explicit which gap in existing literature your research is going to address. Please also outline how you will address this gap including all relevant details on method and methodology e.g. the quality & quantity of data to be collected.
